Japanska politika prema robotici nije romantična priča o budućnosti rada nego vrlo praktičan odgovor na demografiju. Ministarstvo gospodarstva, trgovine i industrije želi do 2040. zauzeti 30 posto globalnog tržišta fizičke AI, ali motiv je jasniji od slogana: populacija pada, radne snage je manje i treba pokriti poslove koje ljudi više ne žele ili ih nema dovoljno za njih. To je priča o kontinuitetu, a ne o glamuru.

Zato se roboti ne guraju kao zamjena za „zanimljive“ poslove, nego kao alat za noćne smjene, logistiku, građevinske zadatke i ponavljajuće operacije. U teoriji, to zvuči uredno. U praksi, isti sustav koji blista na prezentaciji mora preživjeti mokri pod, prašinu, nepredvidive smjene i ljude koji nisu programirani kao dio demo scenarija.

Japanska prednost je stvarna, ali i dalje vrijedi samo ako se fizička AI pokaže dovoljno robusnom za stvarne uvjete. Dakle, pitanje nije mogu li roboti raditi posao. Pitanje je mogu li ga raditi dovoljno dugo bez da održavanje postane novi posao.

Najzanimljiviji dio ove priče nije broj tržišnog udjela, nego činjenica da Japan robote uvodi gdje je ljudski rad najteži za popuniti. To uključuje logistiku, transport i repetitivne industrijske zadatke gdje se svaka minuta zastoja odmah vidi u bilanci. Ali isti ti roboti moraju preživjeti uvjete koji nisu laboratorijski: prašinu, vlagu, ograničeno ručno nadgledanje i stalni trošak servisiranja.

Zato ekonomski test nije samo cijena kupnje, nego koliko brzo sustav prestaje biti eksperiment i postaje svakodnevni alat. Ako baterije, senzori i održavanje ne izdrže taj prijelaz, fizička AI ostaje lijepa priča s vrlo skupim rezervnim dijelovima.

Drugim riječima, Japan ne pokušava zamijeniti ljude. Pokušava ih rasteretiti tamo gdje ih jednostavno više nema dovoljno.
